Hotel Accommodation

Through the services of the Congress Office Orga-Med hotel accommodation can be reserved at reduced rates in hotels of various categories. Preference can be indicated on the hotel reservation form. Reservation will be treated on a first-come first-served basis.

No deposit is requested. Written confirmation will be sent to the guest after receipt of the credit-card details as a guarantee of reservation. Payment will be made in the hotel. For cancellations more than 3 weeks before intended arrival, 500 BEF will be charged to the credit card. For cancellation within three weeks of intended arrival or no show, one night + 500 BEF will be charged.

All hotels are located downtown. Distances from the hotels to the conference venue are given below. All rates mentioned below are per room and per night. Room rates also include breakfast and taxes.

Student Accommodation

Youth hostel "Jacques Brel"

The youth hostel is located downtown. Student accommodation in the youth hostel will be allocated at the time of booking on a first-come first-served basis. Everyone can choose for student accommodaton, but students have priority.
The rate per night, including breakfast, amounts to:

660 BEF for a single room
550 BEF for a two persons room
450 BEF for a three or four persons room.

There is also a once-only cost of 125 BEF for sheets.
Be aware that there is only a limited number of single and two persons rooms.

Please use the conference registration form instead of the hotel reservation form for reservations of student accommodation.
